You can register for a session aquatic training ? Are you wondering what makes this course different from thewater aerobics or evenaquabiking ? If you decide to practice aquatic training, you will not do just one sport during the session, but several: aquabike, aquagym, aquajump, aquarunning

The benefits of aquatic training

The different activities that make up the aquatic training circuit allow everyone to achieve their goals: cardio, muscle strengthening, endurance, toning, etc. In addition, the benefits of sports in water are well known. In fact, the movements are both gentler and more intense when you play sports in a swimming pool. Water also has an ideal massaging power for fight against cellulite.

 

THE aquatic training also has one last major advantage: impossible to get bored during a session! After 15 minutes of aquabike, you can continue with 10 minutes of aquarunning then 15 minutes of aquajump. To maintain your motivation and achieve your goals, it is important to vary your pleasures. Aqua by offers a courseAquaCross. For 45 minutes, you will do workshops in a small group: aquabike, aquafitness, aquagym, aquaboxing

But how does it take place an AquaCross session with Aqua by? It is very simple :

  • Warm Up: you start by warming up gently.
  • Skills: the coach teaches you the movements to know and explains the different exercises of the session.
  • WOD (Work of the day): you follow the exercises one after the other.
  • Cool Down: you recover and regain your calm. Stretching allows you to end the session gently.

 

If the cross training is so effective in achieving your goals because this training method breaks down and combines a large number of movements and also optimizes your recovery time. When the session is over, every muscle in your body will have been used!

Book your now AquaCross session Tuesday at 10 a.m. or Wednesday at 6 p.m. in our studio in Réaumur. We also offer sessions on Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 2 p.m. in our studio in Charonne.

Malade ? En congés ? Ou une semaine trop chargée vous empêche de réaliser votre/vos session(s) hebdomadaire ?

Pas de stress de perdre vos sessions! Les sessions sont reportables jusqu’à 3 semaines après la date où la session est créditée.
Chaque session créditée sur votre compte est valable pendant 4 semaines en tout.
