How to fight cellulite?

At the start of spring, and after having enjoyed the good dishes, it's time to get back to sport !
To start again gently and fight effectively against cellulite, water sports, and in particular aquabiking or aquagym, help drain tissues !
Buttocks, thighs and hips are the regions most affected by this phenomenon. Aquabiking, the water sport par excellence, allows you to quickly lose the cellulite accumulated on the thighs thanks to the variable pressure exerted by the water. Indeed, aquabiking coaches offer exercises suitable for everyone by varying intense and gentler periods. These phases make it possible to massage the legs and of reduce cellulite formed by the accumulated fat. The exercises mainly target areas affected by cellulite.

Ankles, calves, thighs, knees, all parts of the legs are used!
The simple act of pedaling in the water allows you to massage these areas prone to cellulite retention and formation.

In a very short time, and at the rate of one or two sessions per week, the results are proven!

Postponable sessions

Sick? On holiday? Or is a busy week keeping you from your weekly session(s)?

Don't worry about losing your sessions! Sessions can be postponed for up to 3 weeks after the date on which the session is credited.
Each session credited to your account is valid for a total of 4 weeks.

The credit system

The more credits you buy at a time, the lower the individual cost.

The Aqua by credit system

85% sessions cost 12 credits.
The number of credits required per session varies between 10 and 16 credits depending on different criteria:

  • the session type,
  • attendance,
  • the schedule.

With credits, you can take advantage of lower fares on less popular timetables.
