Inspired by the practice of Cross Training, AquaCross is organized in the form of circuit training broken down into different workshops. Sessions last 45 minutes in small groups.
The interest? Tone more by optimizing recovery times and engaging all the muscles in the body.
No more classes only on the bike, we alternate with other exercises specific to the program: elastics, dumbbells, aquagym, aquafitness, aquaboxing... a well-balanced mix for a fun and effective session.

Cross training

Cross training is a training method consisting of breaking down and combining movements using different very specific parts of the body, optimizing recovery times. Muscle strengthening, toning, cardio, endurance, cross training is a complete and intense workout.

Aquacross

The pool is organized in a circuit around different workshops. Participants, divided into small groups, rotate from one workshop to another during the session. The session lasts 45 minutes and is divided into 4 parts.

Whether it's a classic or performing session, your hair is never wet. A towel, shower products and the sauna are provided free of charge after each session to ensure your comfort and relaxation.
