Individual cabin or group lesson?
Aquabiking is practiced either in an individual cabin or in group lessons in a swimming pool:

The single cabin : you pedal alone on a bike installed in a cabin and adjust the pedaling resistance yourself. This practice will suit you if you like to do sports alone and you are not necessarily looking to vary your positions.
- Group lessons : more stimulating, group aquabike sessions, with music, are supervised by a sports coach who is there to motivate and guide you. Prefer this practice if you want to alternate exercises and benefit from the expert advice of a coach.

Unfolded of a group aquabiking session
In order to reshape the whole body efficiently, each session is structured around a series of varied exercises. Put on your swimsuit and follow us!
1 – 5 minutes warm-up at the start of the session for gently wake up your muscles to the rhythm of increasingly catchy music.
2 – The serious stuff can begin. The music follows one another and gives you the intensity of each exercise. You alternate different positions, like the dancer, while pedaling. Accessories can be used to spice up the session. Objective? Combine muscle strengthening and cardio!
3 – The rhythm of the music becomes calmer to let you catch your breath and stretch before getting out of the pool.
