Aquastep: what is it exactly?

During an aquastep session, your coach will give you several combinations of movements. You will only have to follow them to the rhythm of the music.

How does an aquastep session take place?

An aquastep class lasts usually 45 minutes. You start with yourself warm up for a few minutes in the pool before moving on to choreography for about 30 minutes. Finally, the session ends with stretching.

The aquastep sessions are guided by a coach which shows you the movements to follow. Throughout the sessions of the musics are there for give rhythm And you motivate.

The equipment you need

For an aquastep session, you just need a swimsuit suitable for sport. You can also put some pool slippers if you wish.

Warming up to get your legs going
