Pool sport: what is Performing? 

Performing: a concept signed Aqua By 

Performing, Cross training, HiiT, CAF (Thighs – Abs – Buttocks)… Between our different swimming pool aquasports, is your heart torn? Each concept proposed by Aqua By aims to meet various goals and needs. 

Do you like hybrid, complete and intense sports? Performing is a pool sport which is inspired by aquaboxing as well as aquacycling and aquafitness. Extensive work is carried out on the entire body. A 100% cardio activity dedicated to those who want to give it their all! 

How does a Performing session take place with us?

To work on your cardio in the water, our concept is one of best alternatives cycling and walking. The three essential ingredients for a good performing aquabike class are: the use of weights, a sustained heart rate, as well as a high level of resistance of the bikes. 

A session lasts 55 minutes, instead of the usual 45 minutes. The time needed to exercise the entire body and burn as many calories as possible. But don't worry, as always, our experienced coaches are here to guide you, encourage you and support you!

Aquabiking is already considered one of the best sports to build muscle, firm the skin and slim down. Which gives you a certain idea of the many positive effects of this discipline on the body. Jump into the water with Aqua By

When, where, how? Our Performing sessions take place in our studios in Réaumur, Charonne, Bastille and Boulogne. All you have to do is go to Aqua By 15 minutes before the start of the session with your favorite swimsuit. We take care of everything else, including towels, care products and even the hairdryer. In other words, the essentials for taking care of yourself after a sports session in the swimming pool, followed by a moment of relaxation in the hammam or sauna.

Pas de stress de perdre vos sessions! Les sessions sont reportables jusqu’à 3 semaines après la date où la session est créditée.
Chaque session créditée sur votre compte est valable pendant 4 semaines en tout.

The number of credits required per session varies between 10 and 16 credits depending on different criteria:

  • the session type,
  • attendance,
  • the schedule.
