Sports derived from fitness

Did you know that it is possible to do fitness in water ? These last years, water sports the most trendy ones are derived from fitness. Between aquagym,aquabike or aqua fitness, impossible to get tired of.

You can alternate these different activities in the pool or choose just one to practice every day. In both cases, you will be delighted to put on your swimsuit to take care of your figure, week after week.

What are the benefits of fitness in water?

Fitness is a very complete sport that allows you to work all areas of your body. Ideal for refining your figure, gently building muscle and burning calories.

But do aquagym or aquabike has other benefits:

  1. By cushioning movements, water allows do gentle sports. If your joints hurt easily, you will be surprised when you do your first movements in the water: there is no need to force yourself to perform the exercises. Exercising in water is also a great way to avoid soreness.
  2. In the pool, the movements seem easier to do. This is easily explained: water makes us feel lighter.

 

Exercising in water is extremely effective : you will burn many more calories than attending a traditional fitness session.

Postponable sessions

Sick? On holiday? Or is a busy week keeping you from your weekly session(s)?

Don't worry about losing your sessions! Sessions can be postponed for up to 3 weeks after the date on which the session is credited.
Each session credited to your account is valid for a total of 4 weeks.

The credit system

The more credits you buy at a time, the lower the individual cost.

The Aqua by credit system

85% sessions cost 12 credits.
The number of credits required per session varies between 10 and 16 credits depending on different criteria:

  • the session type,
  • attendance,
  • the schedule.

With credits, you can take advantage of lower fares on less popular timetables.
