Indeed, just one aquabiking class per week is not enough to quickly obtain results.

At Aqua by, we advise our members to do at least 3 aquabike sessions per week. Getting involved in a sport is still the best way to see your efforts rewarded quickly!

For an even more impressive before/after, we regularly recommend to our members to alternate aquabike classes: classic, performing, CAF (Thighs-Abs-buttocks)... In this way, you will not get tired and you will have the guaranteed to work all areas of your body! L'aquabike is an ideal sport to achieve good results, whether it is losing weight or simply firm up your figure. But that's not all! If you want to quickly achieve your goals, it is essential that you adopt a healthy lifestyle.
