Music softens morals, but not only that!

Studies have highlighted the various benefits provided by music, and there is no reason to do without it.
We already knew, and have done so for a very long time, that music could have therapeutic and relaxing virtues. For example, it is unavoidable in certain massage practices and other meditation sessions.
Indeed, listening to music reduces stress and anxiety. Some results demonstrate a correlation with improvement in exams. Students are more relaxed by listening to music before tests.
But it doesn't stop there. Music would be a kind of EPO, a mild drug, the effects of which are astonishing, and it's legal! No more energy drinks that are too sweet, which only lighten your wallet. Before training, prepare yourself a good playlist, and your session will be just a simple formality. If you are a fan of running, know that slow music will help you gain endurance. Conversely, for an intense training session, much more rhythmic music will help you considerably improve your physical performance and your resistance. Finally, she mercilessly fights the feeling of weariness.

Postponable sessions

Sick? On holiday? Or is a busy week keeping you from your weekly session(s)?

Don't worry about losing your sessions! Sessions can be postponed for up to 3 weeks after the date on which the session is credited.
Each session credited to your account is valid for a total of 4 weeks.

The credit system

The more credits you buy at a time, the lower the individual cost.

The Aqua by credit system

85% sessions cost 12 credits.
The number of credits required per session varies between 10 and 16 credits depending on different criteria:

  • the session type,
  • attendance,
  • the schedule.

With credits, you can take advantage of lower fares on less popular timetables.
