Have you ever listened to music during your sports session in the pool ? If not, we advise you to start doing so as soon as possible:

  • It is sometimes difficult to maintain motivation throughout the duration of your aquasport or fitness session. Feeling tired? A catchy song and off we go?
  • The intensity of the pedaling varies during the aquabiking session: the music will accompany the effort. You will be able to more easily alternate acceleration and recovery phases. Just let yourself be carried away by the rhythm!
  • Do you want to increase your aquabike performance? Nothing is more effective than stimulating music for exceed your goals ! Thanks to the playlist, you will be in a bubble: ideal conditions to exercise and thus improve your endurance without even realizing it.

At Aqua by, we have developed a catchy and stimulating playlist which is simply perfect for your aquabike training? Each music corresponds to a specific moment of the session.

During the warm-up phase, we advise you to listen Fade out lines from The Avener. Then, during the cardio exercises, your performance will be increased thanks to the song On Fire by Loïc Nottet, 1999 by Charli XCX or even Right here, right now by Fatboy Slim. For the muscle strengthening exercises, nothing like Going bad by Meek Mill. Finally, to leave your bubble gently and regain calm after exercise, we recommend that you finish your aquabike session with Fire on fire by Sam Smith.
