Aqua by is revolutionizing the activity of aquacycling (also called aquabiking or aquabike) in Paris. How ? By offering different sessions to tone your entire figure. Each center has its own different universe, with coaches who are there to support you in your sessions.

In one sentence, Aqua by is: varying the workouts to make the practice more fun and adapt it to everyone. !

Aquabike, aquacycling or aquabiking are different terms used to designate the same activity, consisting of pedaling a bike immersed in water. Unlike cabin aquabiking, you are in a swimming pool where you participate in group sessions with a coach. Once installed, you will be partially submerged up to your chest.

Aquabike workouts provide almost complete muscle strengthening of your body and improvement in your cardio. Aquabiking makes you burn calories without attacking your metabolism, because the joints are not traumatized. 

The resistance effect created by the water even offers a free massage to your skin and helps fight cellulite. Thus allowing a draining action when you pedal. It's a total get back into shape to stay healthy!

At Aqua by we offer different aquabike sessions adapted to everyone's level.

Aqua performing – For complete muscle strengthening, you can opt for aqua performing. Slightly longer aquabiking sessions (55 min) combining aquacycling, aquaboxing and aquagym.

Aquacross – If you prefer the cross training format, you can go for an aquacross session. Divided into several workshops, you work each muscle throughout these workshops.

Aqua HIIT – To work on your cardio, aqua HIIT sessions are great. On the session menu: active recovery at low intensity, instead of the usual rest periods, before going back to full strength.

Aqua CAF – To work on the thighs, abs and buttocks, you can turn to the CAF aqua sessions (Thighs – Abs – Buttocks). Sessions that combine aquacycling and specific work using accessories.

Aquapalming – If you want to change from classic aquabike sessions, choose an aquapalming session. On the program: you use fins and other accessories to increase resistance during movements.

• Aqua by Réaumur (Paris 3) is the closest aquabike center from Paris 8, you will have it in less than 20 minutes from the Franklin D. Roosevelt metro station by taking line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and stopping at Strasbourg Saint -Denis.

• But from Paris 8 you can also go to the studio Aqua by Bastille (Paris 11)! It is 20 minutes away by also taking line 1 towards Château de Vincennes from Franklin D. Roosevelt to the Bastille stop.
