WE'RE NOT GOING TO LIE...IT'S STARTING TO GET A LITTLE COLD.
The motivation to do our weekly sport is more and more difficult to find, often hidden deep in our duvets which are so soft, so warm and so welcoming. But make no mistake, physical activity is essential during this period, and we explain why:
NO MORE SMALL COLDSPhysical activity stimulates our immune defenses, making us less sensitive to temperature changes |
SLEEP LIKE A BABYThe muscular fatigue caused by our session will help us fall asleep much more easily than the mental fatigue of a long day of work. |
BE ZEEENNNWe no longer think about anything, we focus on the coach, we forget everything else... and we come out much lighter! |
LAST BUT NOT LEAST…We've worked hard this summer to feel good about ourselves, so no, we won't let winter meals ruin everything! |
