Summary

An activity accessible to all

– Easy to practice

Aquabiking is a sport open to all levels and everyone. Like all sporting activities, there are levels of difficulty and the bike allows you to adjust the resistance level. Softer than an exercise or outdoor bike, the effort is thus provided more easily.

– Excellent for the line

Road cycling is a very good sport for shaping your legs.
Aquabiking also strengthens venous and lymphatic return to effectively combat water retention. The legs become thinner little by little.
Another positive point for the line: pedaling in the water acts like a self-massage. It helps smooth the skin. Without realizing it, around 500 calories are lost per session!

– Good for spirit

Practiced in group lessons, this sport is very energizing. The music allows you to vary the exercises and the coach gives essential advice. A session is punctuated by different positions, accelerations, stretching... So no hesitation!
