Aqua by – Boulogne: the aquabike studio on the outskirts of Paris

After the studios Bastille, Charonne and Réaumur, the studio Aqua by – Boulogne is the youngest of the Aqua by siblings. Located on the outskirts of Paris, it is open every day and can accommodate up to 27 people per class. 

 

The course of the session

The Aqua by sessions aim to work your entire body! Several sessions coexist to offer levels adapted to each profile:

  • Performing : 55-minute session to work in depth on each part of the body
  • CAF : focus Thighs – Abs – Buttocks 
  • AquaHiit : focus on cardio
  • AquaCross : circuit training broken down into several workshops 
  • Aqua Palming : use of fins and other accessories for intense drainage 

 

On the program 45 full minutes thanks to the intensive pedaling and to muscle strengthening exercises (arms, back, legs, abs, glutes). Once the series of exercises are completed, it's time for the stretching to finish in style.
