Performing

For the most experienced athletes, Aqua by offers “Performing” sessions! Longer sessions (55 min) combining aquacycling, aquaboxing and aquagym. Intense work on your entire body.

Aquacross

Inspired by the practice of Cross Training, AquaCross offers a training circuit broken down into different workshops. You work all muscle groups throughout the workshops.

AquaHiiT

Aqua by uses the HiiT method to work on your cardio in depth! Between each cycle, no rest but a low intensity recovery of 45 seconds so as not to lose rhythm!

CAF

The Aqua by trainers have specially designed this CAF (Thighs – Abs – Buttocks) program by combining the benefits of aquacycling and the use of equipment adapted to the specific work of each area.

AquaPalming

45 minutes of a totally different program. The fins and other accessories used during the session reinforce the resistance of your movements in the water, a guaranteed draining effect!
