THE 1ST AQUATIC CROSS-TRAINING
Inspired by the practice of Cross Training, AquaCross is organized in the form of circuit training broken down into different workshops. Sessions last 45 minutes in small groups.
The interest? Tone more by optimizing recovery times and engaging all the muscles in the body.
No more classes only on the bike, we alternate with other exercises specific to the program: elastics, dumbbells, aquagym, aquafitness, aquaboxing... a well-balanced mix for a fun and effective session.

CROSS TRAINING
Cross training is a training method that consists of breaking down and combining movements that use different, very specific parts of the body while optimizing recovery times. Muscle strengthening, toning, cardio, endurance, cross training is a complete and intense workout.
AQUACROSS
The pool is organized in a circuit around different workshops. Participants, divided into small groups, rotate from one workshop to another during the session. The session lasts 45 minutes and is divided into 4 parts:

Like all Aqua by concepts, your session is at the same price as a classic aquacycling session. If you have a package or subscription, your session will be counted as a normal session.
