Summary

AQUABIKING, AN EFFECTIVE SPORT

We hear that aquabiking is dethroning aquagym, because cycling in a swimming pool combines the beneficial effects.

Indeed, aquabiking is an increasingly popular sporting activity. Why? In water, the body is lighter and your muscles work even harder as they work to push back the weight of the water.

That's not all!

Aquabiking is the enemy of orange peel skin and can relieve those who retain water. During an aquabiking session, the body does not suffer any shock! This is why aquabiking is a sport recommended for everyone!

AQUABIKING HOW DOES IT WORK?

Aquabiking sessions at AquaBy last between 45 minutes and 1 hour and are supervised by coaches who are specialists in aquabiking! The classes are group and with music!

A TIP: TRY AQUABIKING.
