Doing sport in Paris: instructions
Living in the city is not easy. So to stay fit and healthy, you want to get back into sport. But you don't know where to start... After all, Paris is such a big city and the possibilities are so numerous that you can't make a choice! So, jogging, aquabike, fitness, yoga… What sport is right for you in Paris?
How to do sports in Paris?
Play sports in Paris, you already tried a few years ago. But you quickly gave up due to lack of motivation. If you want to get back into it, here are our tips:
- First of all, it is important that you define when you want to do sports. Before work? After work ? During the lunch break ? Choose the slot that suits you the most. For example, if after a long day at work you tend to be tired and lackluster, avoid this time and instead try to exercise in the morning or during your lunch break. If you choose a restrictive niche, you risk quickly becoming demotivated.
- Afterwards, define the geographical area where you want to do sport: in the city center close to your workplace? Or rather close to home, because you prefer to return quickly after a sports session? Ideally, you should be able to get to your sports session quickly: there is no point in traveling across the city on public transport to get to a sports class. Here again, your motivation may be put to the test.
- Finally, Ask yourself the right questions : do you want to do a sport in water like aquagym or aquabiking? Do you prefer to exercise outdoors? The most important thing is to do a sport that you love!
