How to change your diet?

Reading time : 2 min

Summary

We have all already tried the latest popular diets in the hope of (re)finding the figure in 3 days (obviously without success), so we find ourselves eating a tub of ice cream in front of the TV, wondering why that is. works on Adriana Karembeu and not on us… First of all it is important to get used to the idea that (re)finding an ideal line in a very short time is impossible. You could quickly find yourself lacking vitamins and minerals (and therefore loss of hair, energy, dull complexion, fatigue, stress... in short: a disaster). Second thing to accept: Life is unfair, some people have a fast metabolism so burn calories more quickly and others don't, so don't despair and stay patient whatever happens!

SOME ESSENTIAL RULES FOR SUCCESSFUL CHANGE OF FOOD

– Never forget: “Success represents 1% of your work, which includes 99% of what we can call failure”. So don't be afraid to crack. The goal is not to frustrate yourself but to go at your own pace, to get there peacefully and in the long term. So give in if you have to give in, don't be dramatic and start again until you get there!

– ADAPT TO OUR DESIRES

If you like a dish, don't deprive yourself of it just because it's not healthy, adapt the recipe and cook it in a light version! Treat yourself and add flavor to your dishes. The most important thing is to change your diet for life, so (re)learn to cook!

- GET ORGANIZED

After a long day of work, we often only want one thing: to rest, so…: “Too bad! I'm defrosting a pizza, the diet will be for next week! " (or not). The secret to keeping your promise: organization. Block out an hour during the week (Sunday afternoon for example) to cook 2-3 dishes in advance and in large quantities, you will be less overwhelmed during the week and you will no longer have excuses!

– CONTROL YOURSELF

No more soda, alcohol, fast foods or other foods that are too sweet or too fatty (cakes and industrial dishes, pastries, chips, etc.). This type of diet is harmful to your health and your well-being, it You must at all costs learn to eliminate them from your lives! However, you can consume it occasionally (it's not a question of stopping living either).

– THE CHEAT MEAL!

You must have a balanced diet, of course, but an excess per week is also authorized (or even recommended!). Let's say it's your reward for the week, it will keep you going, and motivate you for a good new week!

– HYDRATE!

Force yourself to drink more than a liter per day! Your body needs a lot more water than you think, so always keep a bottle close to you!

Also drink a lot of green tea, it has been recognized for centuries for its countless benefits, notably that of reducing the absorption and assimilation of lipids but also of facilitating digestion (guaranteed flat stomach!).

You have understood, it is not a matter of a one or two week diet but rather a new lifestyle to adopt, we have given you some tips to achieve this, for you and your willingness to play!
