At the beginning of June, it is time to continue efforts to fight against excess calories! Aquabiking is a ideal sport to fight against bad calories.
To start again gently and fight calories effectively, aquabiking helps drain the tissues! Buttocks, thighs and hips are the regions most subject to calorie accumulation. Aquabiking allows you to quickly reduce the calories accumulated during the winter thanks to variable pressure exerted by water. In fact, aquabiking coaches offert exercises adapted to the fight against calories varying intense and gentler periods. These phases of aquabiking allow you to massage the legs and reduce the number of unnecessary calories forming cellulite. The exercises mainly target areas affected by excess calories.

Ankles, calves, knees, all parts of the legs are used ! Aquabiking coaches make you pedal to help you lose as many calories as possible in record time and efficiently. The simple act of pedaling in water allows you to massage these areas prone to the retention and formation of cellulite and therefore to fight against excess calories.

Postponable sessions

Sick? On holiday? Or is a busy week keeping you from your weekly session(s)?

Don't worry about losing your sessions! Sessions can be postponed for up to 3 weeks after the date on which the session is credited.
Each session credited to your account is valid for a total of 4 weeks.

The credit system

The more credits you buy at a time, the lower the individual cost.

The Aqua by credit system

85% sessions cost 12 credits.
The number of credits required per session varies between 10 and 16 credits depending on different criteria:

  • the session type,
  • attendance,
  • the schedule.

With credits, you can take advantage of lower fares on less popular timetables.
