A water sport where you don't need to know how to swim

Immersed in water, the body loses 30% of its weight, which facilitates movements. The water pressure slows down movements and limits the risk of injury to almost zero.

If you don't know how to swim, don't worry! This activity is practiced without knowing how to swim, in fact, the exercises require standing in a shallow pool at a minimum of 28°.

  • THE rheumatism, that is to say pain related to bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles and joints. Physical activity is a good way to fight this disease but it is better to choose a sport gentle on the joints.
  • THE back pain. Indeed, the back is the part of our body most used during the day. Immersed in water, the back is relieved. Performing strength training exercises in water causes pressure variations and gently strengthens the back muscles.
  • Osteoarthritis. Linked to the aging of cartilage, it slows down joint movements and causes pain. An adapted sport, such as aquagym, can prevent the onset of osteoarthritis and limit pain.
