For several years, the practice ofaquabike is more and more trendy. According to fans of this gentle sport, there is nothing more effective than a session ofaquabiking to keep fit !

But what about the opinion of Aqua coaches by ? Today, Adrien gives you his aquabike reviews as well as valuable advice!

What are the objectives of aquabike?

Aquabike is a very complete sport. When I lead a session in the Aqua by studios, I observe really very different profiles in the pool. Some clients are looking to build muscle or refine their figure. Others see aquabiking as an opportunity to let off steam and relieve stress. If you want to get back in shape and take care of yourself, aquabiking is a sporting activity that should suit you! What I like about aquabiking is that it is a gentle and intense sport at the same time. You don't have to be an experienced athlete to do aquabiking. You will have a blast during the session, even if you are a beginner. Be careful, however, to choose a course with a pace adapted to your level: the more sessions you have, the more progress you will make, which will give you the opportunity to try other courses with a more intense pace.

But here is what we must remember is that aquabike is a sport that suits everyone : beginner or experienced athlete, young or old... It's simple, even pregnant women can practice aquabiking!

Only one condition: be in good physical shape and seek the advice of your doctor before registering!

What are the most effective aquabiking exercises?

There are a lot of aquabike exercises! It's hard to say which one is the most effective. In fact, it all depends on your goal, the part of the body you want to work. We don't do the same exercises to strengthen our thighs or slim our stomach. The preferred positions on the bike are also different.

What I advise you: find out about the different types of courses to register for the one that will allow you to achieve your goals. Thighs Abs Glutes, Aqua HiiT, Performing… To each their own aquabike session ! Achieve your goals through aquabike, it's possible, provided you do several sessions per week and adopt, at the same time, a healthy lifestyle! If you are in a hurry, you can sign up for a coaching session. It's still the best way to get advice based on your objectives!
