IT'S OFFICIAL, IT'S SUMMER!

And summer is the season for aperitifs in the garden or on the banks of the Seine.
Unfortunately, who says aperitifs, says too many calories. And that's not ideal, because summer is also swimsuit season!

Here are some tips for aperitifs that leave no trace…

Beer : 125 calories

Mojito : 159 calories

Slice of sausage: 32 calories

Chips : 570 calories per 100 grams

Pistachios: 646 calories per 100 grams, i.e. 49 calories in handfuls!

You understand it and the calculation is simple: if drinks with friends are recurring, the results on the scale can be disastrous.

Replace cold meats (sausages, surimis, rilettes) with cooked ham or cold roasts, turkey or chicken breast and surimi. You can accompany them with light sauces based on natural yogurt or 0% white cheese, to which you can add aromatics and spices: cumin, curry, lemon juice, parsley, coriander and more chives.

Raw fish can also be part of the menu, so invite some sushi to your table.

Opt for small vegetables which are delicious! Cucumber, carrots, cauliflower...
They contain a lot of water (90% on average), a lot of fiber, a large quantity of vitamins, mineral salts and trace elements.

Slimming skewers : cherry tomatoes, melon balls, prawns, peppers…
Have original and delicious ideas to bring freshness and lightness to your taste buds.

Wrap-style sandwiches : it's up to you to invent your recipes. We continue in the same vein, we consume useful for the body but light! Corn, avocado, green salad, poultry...
These small snacks will help you achieve the feeling of satiety without ingesting fats and sugars.

No alcohol, or very little! Choose a good glass of red wine rather than beer, rosé or white wine which are much more caloric.
For cold and sweet drinks, you have the choice of quenching your thirst with sparkling water or even citrus juices squeezed by you.

If you are addicted to sodas, you will have to go through the aisle light.

Come on, take out your most beautiful flowered tablecloths, it doesn't hurt... And don't forget, champagne doesn't count !
