Define goals to achieve
The hardest thing about returning to sport after a long period of inactivity is find motivation and keep it! First of all, ask yourself why you want to get back into sport. Are you looking for motivation to lose weight, tone your muscles or simply let off steam? It will then be easier to find the activity that suits you, but above all to set goals and track your progress during the sessions. Be careful, your goals must necessarily be achievable and adapted to your physical condition, as well as your level! The opposite could discourage you and lead to a further loss of motivation.
To have fun
Practicing at least 30 minutes of physical activity allows you to release endorphins. Often referred to as happiness hormones, these providefeeling of well-being after exercise. While all sporting activities help secrete endorphins, endurance sports are the most effective.
