After the effort, comfort
Following a 45-minute aquabiking session at Aqua by, what could be better than relaxing in the sauna or hammam? But what are their benefits? We will explain everything to you !
The sauna
The heat of the sauna is dry, and its temperature is 85°. The ideal is to stay 15 minutes, so that all parts of the body can sweat. Once the time has elapsed, take a cold shower, rest for about fifteen minutes then repeat the operation three times, if your vitality allows it of course! Inside the sauna, lie down, you will be more relaxed :)
The benefits
The sauna effectively removes toxins and impurities from the body. A single session relieves pain and muscle fatigue. It also helps release tension!
The hammam
Unlike the sauna, the heat of the hammam is humid and its temperature rises to 45°. Like the sauna, we advise you to lie down for better relaxation, if you close your eyes it's even better! Avoid exceeding 15 minutes, remember to take a cold shower and rest well after the session.
The benefits
The hammam will mainly stimulate the sebaceous glands (the gland which is attached to the hair and prevents the skin from drying out) for a relaxing and cleansing effect. It opens the pores and lets toxins out, in a heat that is more bearable than the sauna!
So, are you more of a sauna team or a hammam team?
