– BEACH, REST, RELAXATION… BUT NOT THAT! –
During the holidays, we don't impose much on ourselves, and we're right!
However, there is no question of vegetating 24/7!
Here are some ideas/tips to stay active even at the ends of the earth…
# Motivate those around you : family, children, husband, friends. It will be easier to get moving in groups and have fun at the same time: beach volleyball tournaments, swimming competitions in the pool, etc.
# Training on the beach : sand, if we don't get it in our eyes, allows us to fall without hurting ourselves. This is an opportunity to try yoga, or to spend a few minutes in different core positions.
# Playing the explorer : take the opportunity to discover new landscapes by organizing hiking trips or visiting the surrounding area by bike. Alone or with others, you can combine business with pleasure, without feeling like you're doing sport.
# Practice seasonal sports and aquatic activities : water sports will be the most accessible at this time of year, so why not try. Pedalo, canoe or kayak, water skiing, windsurfing. Depending on your destination, you will also have the opportunity to go rafting or climbing, for example.
# If you are in a club, sign up for the classes that are offered: fitness, aquabiking and zumba are ideal sports for sweating and eliminating toxins accumulated over the year.
