It's Sunday, and we really want to have a delicious breakfast, without forgetting that spring is coming, and that we need to be a little careful. It would be a shame to annihilate all the efforts of the past week in a single meal...
A gourmet recipe, to satisfy all your pleasures!
LIGHT PANCAKES (8 TO 10 MEDIUM PANCAKES)
You will need:
- 150g wholemeal flour (or 75g wholemeal flour + 75g oatmeal)
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 200ml almond milk
- Stevia powder or agave syrup (+/- depending on your taste).
For the preparation, nothing complicated (it’s still Sunday):
- Mix all the solid ingredients.
- Add all the liquid ingredients.
- Cook your pancakes on a non-stick pan for pancakes without oil or butter, otherwise you can cook them with a little coconut oil.
Enjoy your pancakes with fresh fruit and a little light whipped cream. You will forget the Nutella!
