What is pretox?

Unlike a basic “detox” cure, which consists of making up for excesses already committed, “pretox” aims to prepare your body in advance to limit the damage of the holidays.
So to start 2017 in good shape, the solution is to eat a balanced and healthy diet before the start of the festivities. We eliminate everything that can be harmful to the body, without it being too restrictive or aggressive for health.
The objective is to reduce stocks. We therefore avoid industrial dishes, saturated fats, refined sugars, and favor fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains which take longer to be digested and assimilated.
A healthy diet doesn't necessarily mean bland and depressing. As long as the ingredients are healthy and of good quality, you can mix them and eat them without depriving yourself.
