When you practice a sport, the 30, 45, 50 minutes or even hours spent doing this practice will be a moment just for you and designed expressly to let off steam! SOME TIPS TO GET MOTIVATED TO DO SPORT

And yes, sport is above all motivation! Those who postponed the session until the next day or the following week, raise their hands! We reassure you, you are not the only ones. Opposite, some tips to feel good about yourself and have good morale!

  1. Set yourself goals: perhaps you want to lose weight, build muscle, let off steam, etc.
  2. Plan your sessions: every Tuesday evening will be dedicated to your sports session!
  3. Vary the sports: to work all the muscles in your body!
  4. Have the right equipment: sports shoes to avoid injuries, flexible clothing to let the body breathe, etc.
  5. Be part of a collective group: sport for two is better! Find yourself a sports partner, you will see the session go by more quickly.

At Aqua by, we offer you complete classes where you work: thighs, arms and abdominals systematically! The courses are collectives, this allows you to be more motivated when you get into the water.
