\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tToday, on the blog, we are going to give the floor to one of our loyal customers! Am\u00e9lie is 31 years old and works in Paris. Every week, she lets off steam on her <\/span>aquabike<\/a>, in our<\/span> R\u00e9aumur studio<\/a>.<\/span>\n

Before the first aquabiking session<\/span><\/h2>\n

\n\nDuring my studies, I went to the swimming pool every week. I've never been a big sportsperson, but I know how to recognize the benefits of sport: it lets off steam, it allows you to stay in shape and above all, it's good for your health!<\/i>\n\nBut when I entered working life, I no longer took the time to do sports. I then became pregnant. After my pregnancy, I felt that it was high time to get back into sport: to chase away the extra pounds<\/a> of course, but above all to take time for myself. And that\u2019s not always easy when you\u2019re a young mother.<\/i>\n\nAs I have always loved swimming, I became interested in different water activities<\/a> that it was possible to do near my work, at midday, during the lunch break. And that's how I signed up for my everything <\/i>first aquabike lesson<\/i> in the Aqua by studio in R\u00e9aumur.<\/i>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What aquabike has given me<\/span><\/h2>\n

\n\nI am delighted to have discovered <\/i>aquabiking<\/i>. It's an ideal sport to relieve stress: I'm in a bubble during the entire session. In addition, as the weeks went by, I quickly realized my progress: aquabike is ideal for slimming down and building muscle easily.<\/i>\n\nI am also satisfied with Aqua by: the welcome is top notch. THE<\/i> coaches<\/i><\/a> are motivating and very good advice. Moreover, it was while talking with a coach that I learned that it was entirely possible for a pregnant woman <\/a><\/i>do aquabike<\/i><\/a>.<\/i> I will know for my next pregnancy, because I no longer plan to give up sport so easily!<\/i>\n\nThe little extra of Aqua by is also the opening hours <\/i>aquabiking sessions<\/i> which are very wide: I mainly do them at lunchtime, but I also come in the evening during the week and even sometimes on the weekend.<\/i>\n\nYou too can try the aquabiking experience: register without further delay for a test session<\/a> at Aqua by!\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
