Your muscles are therefore toned in depth.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>How to use an aquastep?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The principle is the same as the step which is practiced in the gym. The aquastep is <\/span><b>placed at the bottom of the pool<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, either in front of you or to the side lengthwise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To use your aquastep it&#039;s simple, use it for <\/span><b>do up and down exercises<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You will only have to follow them to the rhythm of the music.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>How does an aquastep session take place?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An aquastep class lasts <\/span><b>usually 45 minutes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You start with yourself <\/span><b>warm up for a few minutes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the pool before moving on to choreography for about 30 minutes.
