Whether it&#039;s legs, abs or even shoulders. Take your pace and mimic their gestures.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The only challenge of aquaboxing is to succeed in repeating all the series of the session.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Aquaboxing: how does a session go?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An aquaboxing session <\/span><b>lasts on average 45 minutes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
