Standing in the pool with your feet together, place your shoulders under the water. Stretch your arms forward. All you have to do is perform the scissors movement. Alternate 2 to 3 sets of 1 minute with a 30-second break. Start by performing 2 sets of 1 minute at medium pace with 30 seconds of recovery between each set.
