So, you too will have aches!<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 \u2013 Relaxation times<\/strong><br \/>\nUnless you have been injured, muscle pain is a (good) sign of effective work! All you need is a sauna and\/or a good night&#039;s sleep as well as adequate hydration and you will be back on track.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 \u2013 Limit sweets<\/strong><br \/>\nWithout depriving yourself of everything, it&#039;s about finding a balanced diet. So, we swap the packets of biscuits for healthier snacks and we favor varied meals at fixed times!<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 \u2013 Accept phases of demotivation<\/strong><br \/>\nPhysical fitness does not only depend on the number of hours of practice. It also depends on our state of mind, our stress, our emotions. Some days will be more difficult than others! You&#039;ll want to drop everything. And that\u2019s normal: motivation needs to be worked on and acquired over time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 \u2013 Motivate friends<\/strong><br \/>\nIt&#039;s always easier to get started as a group. So communicate your enthusiasm and encourage those around you to share your motivation!<\/p>\n<p><strong>6- Choose suitable outfits<\/strong><br \/>\nTreat yourself! As in daily life, feeling good in an outfit improves self-confidence and motivation. So choose your clothes according to your desires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7 \u2013 Measure the work accomplished<\/strong><br \/>\nThanks to regular sports practice and a balanced diet, you feel better in your body.
