Instead of dreading these meals which make it even more knotty in our stomachs, we can follow a pre-tox diet. A few days before the festivities, it\u2019s time to get ready!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What is pretox?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We explain in a few words this super trendy method which is a hit across the Channel.<\/p>\n<p>To put it simply, it is the&nbsp;<strong>healthy cure&nbsp;<\/strong>and gourmet that will make us shine during the holidays!<\/p>\n<p>Unlike a basic \u201cdetox\u201d cure, which consists of making up for excesses already committed,&nbsp;<strong>\u201cpretox\u201d aims to prepare your body in advance to limit the damage of the holidays.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So to start 2017 in good shape, the solution is to eat a balanced and healthy diet before the start of the festivities.  We eliminate everything that can be harmful to the body, without it being too restrictive or aggressive for health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The objective is to reduce stocks.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;We therefore avoid industrial dishes, saturated fats, refined sugars, and favor fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains which take longer to be digested and assimilated.<\/p>\n<p>A healthy diet doesn&#039;t necessarily mean bland and depressing.
