If you adopt a new lifestyle on a daily basis (not too complicated, we assure you, we are not going to turn everything upside down for you) you will succeed in sculpting beautiful legs. First of all, you also have to choose the right sport. A sport that will not give a massive appearance to your figure but rather a sport that refines and sculpts. It is just a question of good habits, of injecting them into your daily life, that they become reflexes… all to beautify your legs!

1. Walk in heels: Certainly not every day, but when you have the opportunity do it. First, heels will give a nice curve to your silhouette (taller, slimmer, more slender) and then they will allow the right muscles to contract with each step. For those who have real blood circulation problems, don't hesitate to finish your shower with cold water to reduce the feeling of heavy legs. As a bonus, it's good for your skin!

WHICH SPORTS SHOULD YOU FOCUS ON?

Aquabiking: We won't tell you otherwise! It will allow your legs to become thinner and also combat orange peel skin, the back and forth of the water on the skin acts as a draining and anti-cellulite massage. Your legs become thinner, deflate and the skin becomes smooth again!

Running: Very effective for shaping the legs but will really work if you do it 2 or 3 times a week and run at least 5 kilometers a week.

The jump rope : 10 minutes is enough. Ideal at the end of a running race, the jumps will allow you to work all the muscles in your legs.

Roller skating: helps to tone the leg muscles and also shapes the buttocks. (for Parisians, meet every Friday at 10 p.m. for 3 hours of walks through Paris)

Fitness: Complete sport because it combines cardio with a repetitive movement at the level of the legs which allows to contract everything with finesse. And you can do it at home!

Fins: large or mini, head to the pool where you can swim lengths with fins for a guaranteed shape! With a board at your fingertips, arms outstretched, your upper body will also work! A very complete sport.
