The weather hasn't been exactly nice lately. But the sun's rays shouldn't be long in coming... At least we hope so... with them comes the season of long aperitifs! (We always hope so...). And the nasty migraines the next day that often accompany them...
Difficulty getting out of bed, headaches, fatigue, everything revolves around us… And the question is: Do we motivate ourselves to do sports or do we give up?
AFTER A (WELL) DRINKED EVENING: DE-TER-MI-NA-TION!
If you want to keep your good habits and exercise, keep in mind that you will perform less well than usual. Also, don't be excessive and don't ask your body to do more than it can handle, this will only exacerbate your headaches. According to experts, moving and sweating will reduce your lethargy. So, if possible, motivate yourself, get up, get dressed and go! All without thinking too much...
Avoid sports with your head down, so you will have understood: no handstand!! Favor muscle strengthening activities, you will feel invigorated thanks to the influx of endorphins. But this does not exclude that after a few hours you will still feel a little tired! At that point you have the right to go back to bed! And a piece of advice that is often repeated, remember to hydrate yourself ! With or without sport!!
AFTER A (VERY) DRINKED EVENING: NOT TODAY! THANK YOU VERY MUCH…
If you are really in a state where everything seems complicated to you….Ouch it's hard!!!! Only one desire: to stay in bed under the duvet and wait…. what? for it to pass….! Don't force yourself! Rest and once again: hydrate yourself! You must nevertheless listen to your body and not impose anything on yourself that will weaken you further! The small consequences of these evenings do not last forever, fortunately….! You will be able to resume sport quickly!
