Does aquabiking make you lose belly fat?
When you make aquabiking, we are not going to teach you, the thighs are the part of the body that you use the most. However, without really realizing it, in order to stay straight on your bike, without waddling from right to left, or even when you are a dancer, you contract your abdominals and therefore make them work automatically! SO aquabiking is beneficial for the stomach.
Which parts of the body are used with aquacycling?
In addition to working the thighs, at Aqua by, we strive to work every muscle in the body possible. A classic session will allow you to work your thighs, arms but also your abs in all its forms! The coaches have several exercises and you will work your abs without (really) realizing it to lose belly fat!
Is water a factor to take into account?
Being immersed in water up to the waist strengthens the tonicity of the exercises. If you want to lose belly fat quickly, we advise you to follow a healthy diet and exercise at least once a week.
