Work on your cardio in depth

For 40 minutes, you do as many cycles of very high intensity exercises as possible in order to burn as many calories as possible. Between each cycle, no rest but recovery
at low intensity so as not to lose the rhythm!

Objective: no breaks!

This promotes weight loss and maximum calories are burned for more time thanks to the “afterburn effect”: the body continues to burn calories several hours after the session!

Postponable sessions

Sick? On holiday? Or is a busy week keeping you from your weekly session(s)?

Don't worry about losing your sessions! Sessions can be postponed for up to 3 weeks after the date on which the session is credited.
Each session credited to your account is valid for a total of 4 weeks.

The credit system

The more credits you buy at a time, the lower the individual cost.

The Aqua by credit system

85% sessions cost 12 credits.
The number of credits required per session varies between 10 and 16 credits depending on different criteria:

  • the session type,
  • attendance,
  • the schedule.

With credits, you can take advantage of lower fares on less popular timetables.
