What activity should you choose to get back in shape?

- Strengthen your back : a foam noodle placed under your neck, lie on your back. Hold the noodle with both hands. Then swim lengths in the pool, doing small kicks with your legs.
- Strengthen your glutes : place your hands against the edge of the small pelvis then lift one leg so that it is horizontal. Lower the leg and start again. Be careful, your back must remain straight.
- Strengthen your abs : Place a foam noodle under each armpit and try to sit up without touching the floor. Once your knees are at chest level, straighten your legs and repeat.
These few exercises are perfect for achieving muscle strengthening optimal.
