Pool rehabilitation: the benefits

Reading time : 1 min

Summary

After an accident, rehabilitation is often necessary. Doing rehabilitation in water is a considerable advantage for several reasons.

Being in the water is ideal because the body is almost weightless. In addition, the warm water allows the muscles to relax, so you gain muscle range.

Following an accident involving the legs, for example, practicing a sport such as aquabiking after an accident will allow you to get back into it gently, without your muscles being attacked. Indeed, being in the water does not cause any vibrations and in addition to doing sport, you get a draining massage thanks to the constant movements of the water.

At Aqua by, our coaches are qualified and will always ask you if you have any problems. They will tell you which exercises you can or cannot do, what is the correct posture to adopt on your bike, and the correct stretches to do once the session is over.
