What is aquabike?

Individual cabin or group lesson?
Aquabiking is practiced either in an individual cabin or in group lessons in a swimming pool:

La cabine individuelle : you pedal alone on a bike installed in a cabin and adjust the pedaling resistance yourself. This practice will suit you if you like to do sports alone and you are not necessarily looking to vary your positions.
- Les cours collectifs : more stimulating, group aquabike sessions, with music, are supervised by a sports coach who is there to motivate and guide you. Prefer this practice if you want to alternate exercises and benefit from the expert advice of a coach.
It’s up to you to choose the practice that suits you best!
Unfolded of a group aquabiking session
In order to remodeler l’ensemble du corps efficiently, each session is structured around a series of varied exercises. Put on your swimsuit and follow us!
1 – 5-minute warm-up at the start of the session for gently wake up your muscles au rythme d’une musique de plus en plus entraînante.
