Where does stress come from?
There are many reasons to be stressed today. Stressed because we have to be perfect physically, at work, at school, in our love life, because we have administrative, financial, or other concerns.
You don't know how to get out of it anymore? Don't worry, you're not alone. We all have trouble managing the different pressures that weigh on us at some point. In addition, stress can intensify and take on enormous proportions (thanks to our nice little hormones!).
Some tips to reduce stress
FIND THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM
Communicate with the people concerned and/or with your loved ones, who may be able to provide you with support and give you good advice. Do not keep everything inside yourself, otherwise stress can quickly turn into frustration and then depression.
ORGANIZE YOUR TIME, BE AHEAD.
To avoid running in all directions, to avoid being overwhelmed and therefore stressed: every evening before sleeping, make your plan for the next day, list the tasks to do, to avoid thinking about them in the evening , sleep poorly and be totally stressed the next day. Eat and sleep at set times. Everything in its time and stick to your schedule!
ORGANIZE YOUR WORKSPACE AND YOUR HOME !
Being disorganized can amplify the feeling of being overwhelmed and completely lost. This is why having a harmonious and uncluttered workspace is extremely important for your productivity. When you come home in the evening and lie down in your bed, you need to find a relaxing and comforting place, so try to adopt a Feng Shui atmosphere!
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU EAT!
Certain foods can affect your hormones, and therefore intensify your nervousness. Avoid red meats and caffeine and opt for white meats and tea instead! Eat more magnesium because it acts on your nervous system by limiting stress and depressive states. You can find food supplements in pharmacies, but also at home: in bananas, almonds, and even in chocolate (and that's not bad), moreover, in a few days we will give you our recipe for super magnesium/anti-stress smoothie, for maximum magnesium in a small glass!
TO FINISH : RELATIVISE.
Tell yourself that nothing is dramatic, each problem has its solution. Arm yourself with patience and positive energy. Take breaks, disconnect your brain, do sports to clear your mind.
