Aquados is a variation of aquagym designed to strengthen your back muscles located around the spine.

Aquados exercises aim to make your more mobile back And more stable.

The goal is to help you avoid back pain by feel comfort in everyday life, whether you are lying down, sitting, standing or moving.

What is aquados?

With aquados you perform muscle strengthening exercises aimed at the anterior muscles (latissimus dorsi, trapezius, lumbar, etc.) while being immersed in a pool.

Depending on the aqua lessons, you are either in a pool with shallow water or in a larger, deeper pool with a flotation belt.

The fact of being in water allow to avoid shocks for your body and to perform the exercises gently.

The different aquados exercises

These are mainly muscle strengthening exercises, but also go do some backstroke.

The movements of this activity mainly focus on:

  • There mobility of your pelvis
