Tone and refine your body in 45 minutes tops? It's possible! Head to Aqua by for 4 monthly aquabiking sessions. To lively music, the coach will guide you through rhythmic choreographies. Thanks to pedaling carried out at progressive speed and the adjustable resistance of each bike, the intensity of the course is adapted to each person. The classes are broken down into several phases: warm-ups, cardio training and stretching session at the end. When practicing aquabiking you are only submerged up to your waist, your hair remains dry. A towel, shower products and the sauna are provided free of charge after each session to ensure your comfort and relaxation.
