Aqua by is revolutionizing aquacycling in Paris. How ? By offering different sessions to tone your entire figure. Each studio has its own different universe, with coaches who are there to support you in your classes.
In one sentence, Aqua by is: varying the training to make the sport more fun and adapt it to everyone. !
Aquabike, aquacycling or aquabiking are different terms used to designate the same sport, consisting of pedaling a bike immersed in water. Unlike cabin aquabiking, you are in a swimming pool where you take part in group lessons with a coach. Once installed, you will be partially submerged up to your chest.
Aquabike workouts provide almost complete muscle strengthening of your body and improvement in your cardio. Aquabiking makes you burn calories without attacking your metabolism, because the joints are not traumatized.
The resistance effect created by the water even offers a free massage to your skin. Thus allowing a draining action when you pedal. It’s a total get back into shape!
At Aqua by we offer different aquabike sessions adapted to everyone's level.
Aqua performing – For complete muscle strengthening, you can opt for aqua performing. Slightly longer aquabiking sessions (55 min) combining aquacycling, aquaboxing and aquagym.
Aquacross – If you prefer the cross training format, you can go for an aquacross session. Divided into several workshops, you work each muscle throughout these workshops.
Aqua HIIT – To work on your cardio, aqua hiit classes are great. Sessions with active recovery at low intensity, instead of the usual rest periods, before going back to full strength.
Aqua CAF – To work on your thighs, abs and buttocks, you can turn to CAF aqua classes (Thighs — Abs — Buttocks). Sessions that combine aquacycling and specific work using accessories.
Aquapalming – If you want to change from classic aquabike sessions, choose aquapalming classes. Classes where you use fins and other accessories to increase resistance during movements.
